My real estate journey began in New York City in the mid 1980s, when I purchased my first investment property and within two years my investment appreciated by seventy five [75%] percent. At that time, I decided to get my real estate credentials in order to help home buyers. Presently licensed in Florida and New York. I started selling single family homes, then moved on to commercial and multifamily investment properties. I have enjoyed every minute of the 25 plus years of practicing real estate sales. One of the most facinating and socially gratifying professions.
