Christopher Nicotra

Christopher S. Nicotra is a seasoned real estate investor, developer, and broker with over 26 years of experience in commercial real estate. As Managing Member of Apollo Investment & Real Estate Holdings LLC, he specializes in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, development, and repositioning of commercial properties. Originally from Connecticut, Chris grew up immersed in the family’s investment and development business. He began joining his father at deal closings as a child and later partnered with him to form Olympia Properties in 2000, focusing on revitalizing downtown New Haven. He has since expanded operations through Apollo Investment Properties, with a strong presence in South Florida (Delray Beach and surrounding areas). His track record includes numerous complex transactions involving office, retail, and mixed-use assets. Chris is known for delivering projects on time and within budget while navigating challenging market conditions. He is a Babson College graduate, a former "Top 40 Under 40" honoree by the New Haven Business Times, and remains active in brokering and investing across Florida markets. In addition to commercial real estate, Chris is an active investor in equities and private companies, a classic car enthusiast, and a proud father. He currently resides in the Delray Beach, Florida area.
