These certifications include Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Seller Representative Specialist, Pricing Strategy Advisor, Real Estate Negotiations Expert, Accredited Buyers Representative, Military Residential Specialist, and a Graduate of Realtors® Institute, which is a year long study with many courses in all aspects of real estate such as the Law and how it applies and Ethical Standards. It covers procedural aspects of Real Estate and so much more. I have also taken courses on appraisals in addition to the Pricing Strategy Advisor, as well as Home Inspection courses. As a retired Police Major with the Sheriff’s Office in Miami-Dade County, I bring a unique perspective to the industry with a focus on integrity, professionalism, and excellence.
