Gail Hovey

With over 20 years of experience, Gail is a full time Realtor, Professional Speaker, Trainer, Mentor & Coach on the Laurie Finkelstein Reader Real Estate Team at Keller Williams Dedicated Professionals. Gail joined Keller Williams Realty in 2006 and moved into leadership that same year as a Team Leader. She was honored to be listed as one of the top 25 Team Leaders for Keller Williams Realty, International twice. When her husband, Tim Johnson, earned his license as a real estate salesperson, Gail made the transition back into production where she and Tim formed The Hovey Johnson Group. In the first 90 days, The Hovey Johnson Group closed 14 units. Gail then launched a Productivity Coaching Program in a Miami Market Center and re-launched a Productivity Coaching Program in Orlando. Gail’s coaching programs represented 20% of the Company Dollar earned by those Market Centers. Gail has earned the MSIRE Degree (Master of Science International Real Estate) from Florida International University and is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker, Trainer, Mentor & Coach. Gail has a passion for helping others achieve their goals and lives by the Zig Ziglar’s quote “You can have everything in life you want if you will just help other people get what they want”. As a Trainer & Coach as well as a full time Realtor, Gail has the expertise to sell you home quickly for top dollar and to help you with your next perfect home. In her free time, Gail enjoys traveling, reading, the beach and music. Her favorite nights are spent with Tim and their 8 pound CairnNoodle, Mitzi.
