Hi, I never anticipated becoming an immigrant. What began as a 3-month trip unexpectedly turned into a 6-year journey of growth and discovery. As an immigrant pursuing the American dream, my nearly 6-year career path, from Real Estate Agent to Broker-Associate, has been driven by resilience, excellence, and a dedication to concierge-level service. Perseverance has truly been my best cover letter. My real estate career began in Venezuela in 1980, in a vibrant market where I honed my skills in analyzing optimal purchase options for clients, managing interactions with financial institutions, and overseeing legal records to ensure smooth operations and timely closings. My mother, a real estate management expert, taught me the importance of office organization and nurturing client relationships. On the other hand, my father showed me the art of property presentation, creating a vision beyond the property itself, and building empathy with clients. In the face of an economic crisis and limited mortgage loans, my husband and I embraced a new chapter, launching an Information Technology company in 1992. This unexpected pivot introduced me to the dynamic world of technology, where constant training allowed me to grow from front-line support to designing solutions for Core Banking and overseeing large-scale platforms for a diverse clientele. When I moved to the U.S. in December 2018, it felt natural to return to real estate, combining my deep industry knowledge with my tech expertise. I earned my real estate license in 2019 and joined Keller Williams-Miami Beach, where I gained invaluable training. Inspired by Armando Romero's innovative use of technology in real estate, I transitioned to BrokerNation in December 2019 to build the foundation for my own business. In 2021, I had the opportunity to work as Armando’s assistant, gaining insights that propelled me to become a top producer in 2022. This success inspired me to obtain my Real Estate Broker License in April 2023, along with several specialized certifications and designations. Hard work, perseverance, and ongoing education have empowered me to live the American dream by laying down roots and purchasing my own home. My journey has positioned me perfectly to bridge my two passions: real estate and technology. I am deeply grateful for the education and life lessons my parents and teachers passed down, the experiences that shaped me, and the wonderful family God has blessed me with.
