With over a decade of diverse professional experience, I bring a wealth of expertise to real estate as a ‘boutique Realtor’. Previously, I served as a Title processor at Gold Coast Title in Boca Raton starting in 1992. Following that, I transitioned to the role of Marketing & Sales Executive at Safetech Waste Solutions. There, I achieved success in securing accounts with several urgent care chains, skillfully negotiating contracts for hazardous waste pick up services. In 2007, I gained valuable experience as a short-sale processor, acquiring in-depth knowledge of bank procedures in this area. Next, I spent 11 years as a Biller/Coder at a Gynecologist’s office, where I cultivated strong relationships with physicians, many of whom entrusted me to assist in finding investment properties or office spaces for their practices. My ability to multitask & deliver personalized services has earned me a reputation as a ‘boutique Realtor’, primarily through referrals. Now fully committed to real estate, I am committed to equipping my clients with the information and efficiency needed to secure the best deals and quality for their real estate requirements.
