Madelin’s journey began in the Miami business community in the1980’s. First, she became founder, CEO and lead designer of a highly successful Worldwide, custom made American lamps and accessories manufacturing business for over 15 years. This was followed by a transition in 2000 into the Real Estate Industry as a Realtor and Entrepreneur. Building on her prior reputation for high quality service, Madelin was awarded the Top Producer and Multi-Million Dollar Producer Awards with the Coldwell Banker International President's Circle of Realtors Worldwide from2002-2007, top Buyer's agent in Realty World from 2008-2011 and Top Listing Agent in 2012. For many years, Madelin has been a Buyer and Seller top-producing Real Estate Agent. She has also developed a special personal relationship with her clients based on transparency and honesty to this day. Madelin has been a part of several Commercial Real Estate Sales Divisions for which she has represented over $1 Billion in Commercial Real Estate transactions. She has negotiated with top Hedge funds, top Zoning firms, several top Banking firms for the past 20+ years. She has sold almost every major property type in Commercial Real estate from Shopping Centers , Multifamily properties to Vacant Land and participated in Real estate development.
