Saul Serna, a Latino Immigrant has built his career and company from the ground up. Coming to America to achieve the American dream, he worked the real estate industry, where he excelled as an Agent, helping over 1200 families personally, Broker, Coach, Corporate executive, as SVP of Century 21 and investor. During his journey, he helped thousands of families achieve their homeownership dream and has coached thousands of Hispanic real estate entrepreneurs in diferent countries, fortune 500 corporations, including GM, Wells Fargo, Century 21, Univision, Prudential and other companies on how to reach out, serve and grow with the Hispanic market in the US. Saul was named the residential realtor of the year by NAR in 1997, is memeber of the C21 master's hall of fame, has received the life time achievment award by HNMA and numerous recognitions. Saul has assimilated the American culture and has integrated the Latin culture to developed bilingual business coaching programs and strategies to help corporations, associations and entrepreneurs understand that Latin-American culture to serve, work and gain market share in the Hispanic market. Through his keynote speeches, seminars, coaching and books, he has shared his passion, inspired with his story of service and resilience and 34 years of experience and knowledge of what he calls the LATIN BOOM, the explosive growth of the Hispanic market in the US. As he believes, to gain the Hispanic trust and market, it’s not about the language, it’s all about the culture. Saul leads by example, not only with his message and coaching programs for entrepreneurs and corporations, but with his Children’s Bilingual character building and diversity coaching program, delivered to schools and families through his Just Bee Foundation.
