Tommy Gil began his real estate career in 2003 after joining the firm of West Vest Associates. Tommy comes from a family of real estate professionals in the South Florida real estate market. Tommy immediately demonstrated that he had what it takes to make it happen in the commercial real estate market. Tommy is a driven, hard working and results oriented sales associate. Once something catches his eye, he will pursue it relentlessly. These qualities along with his strong family upbringing are apparent in the way he conducts his business. He has a deep rooted passion for commercial real estate business as evidenced by the tenacity and work ethics he brings to the firm. In November 2005, Tommy joined Vivo Real Estate Group after just a few brief conversations with Rene Vivo. At the time, their connection was limited, but something about the opportunity felt aligned, as if fate had quietly opened the right door. Given his passion for industrial brokerage and my roots in Hialeah and Miami Lakes, Vivo was a natural fit to grow his career. Rene demonstrated remarkable patience and gave Tommy the space to evolve. Rene welcomed Tommy into the firm not only as a broker but eventually as a partner and investor. Over 19 years, Tommy had the opportunity to learn, grow, and refine my skills. From the start, he was a top producer and remained one throughout his tenure. Tommy brought a strong sense of independence and conviction to everything he did, driven by high standards and a deep belief in doing things the right way. While Tommy challenged the status quo at times, he was always transparent, honest, fully committed, and deeply invested in every aspect of his work. In February 2025, Tommy Gil officially launched his own brokerage firm, Industrial Advisors. Tommy Gil is frequently recognized as a CoStar Power Broker and continues to provide top notch service to his clients while closing hundreds of millions of dollars in leases and sales annually.
