Victor played an integral role in various projects from the ground up, including Buenaventura Lakes in Kissimmee and Indian Lake Estates in Lake Wales. During his time in Central Florida, Victor developed a passion for real estate and continued to hone his skills. At the age of 18, he returned to South Florida and actively participated in the home sales at Country Star in Homestead, also a Community developed by his father. Victor then shifted his focus to commercial real estate, specializing in property leasing and management. Over 12 years, he built a diverse portfolio primarily consisting of warehouses and shopping centers.
