However, in order to register to become a member of this site, you must provide us with certain information, such as for brokers and agents, your national association affiliation and national association membership ID, and for consumers and private persons, your name and email address. Also, if you are a broker or agent, your national association will provide us with certain personal data relating to you, such as your name and e-mail address based on your affiliation with that Member Association. ICREA uses personally identifiable information to allow entrance into the “Members Only” section of the site, and to process information requests and transactions requested by member associations and broker/agent constituents. ICREA provides a membership roster on the “Members Only” section of the site that includes personal data relating to its members. ICREA does not share your personally identifiable information with unaffiliated third parties, unless prior approval is received from your national association. We may, however, disclose certain information if we believe in good faith that it is necessary to prevent a crime or interference with ICREA’s rights or property. We may also disclose certain information if we believe in good faith that the law requires such disclosure.

Periodically, e-mails are sent to broker/agent constituents of member associations regarding benefits, products and services available from Individuals receiving these e-mails may request to be removed from the distribution list by clicking on an “opt out” link at the bottom of each e-mail.
